Villa del Cipresso
Villa del Cipresso is one of the poolside villas at Terre di Sacra in Capalbio, on the Tuscan Maremma coast. Eight bedrooms, a heatable pool, direct beach access and a 5,000 sqm park overlooking cultivated fields. Renovated in 2021, ideal for large families and groups of friends.
The main building spans three floors. Ground floor: spacious living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, service bedroom with bathroom and guest bathroom. Upper floors: six double bedrooms, four en-suite and two sharing a bathroom. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. The larger dépendance has a bedroom with dressing room, TV lounge and bathroom. The smaller one, a bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.
In every season
Terre di Sacra is a year-round destination. In spring, the golf courses of Maremma. In summer, the wild beaches of Capalbio, coves along the Argentario coast and boat trips to Giglio and Giannutri. In autumn, grape harvest and traditional Tuscan cuisine. In winter, the WWF Lake Burano Reserve almost entirely to yourselves, with guides and trails for private or group visits. Just a few kilometres away: horse riding, water sports and sunset rides along the beach.
Services
No traffic, no crowds, no noise. Just shadows stretching across the sand and birds crossing the sky. An electric golf car to reach the beach in minutes. The fully equipped Dogana Beach Club and Macchiatonda are a short distance away, reachable by bike or by car. The 25-metre heatable pool in the villa’s garden is the perfect spot for breezy summer afternoons.
