Villa degli Orti is the largest villa at Terre di Sacra in Capalbio, on the Tuscan Maremma coast. Seven bedrooms, direct beach access and a garden of over 5,000 sqm set among vegetable gardens and centuries-old trees. The ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for space, privacy and nature.
The main house spans three floors: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom and laundry on the ground floor. Four en-suite bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom with bathroom and dressing room on the second floor. Two dépendances: the first with bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe, the second with TV room, double bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen and laundry.
