An eco-friendly holiday in Capalbio: Cottage del Lupino
The cottage is a single building on two levels. Ground floor: spacious living room with long dining table, large sofas, fireplace, two double bedrooms with dressing room and bathroom, kitchen, small laundry and guest bathroom. Upper floor: two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. Air-conditioned sleeping area. Furnishings in tones of rope, sage and brown, with red terracotta floors. The outdoor patio, covered by the Virginia creeper that turns red in autumn, is furnished with sofas, armchairs and a table for outdoor dining.

On foot through the reserve, down to the sea
The beach is reached via a 700-metre private path that crosses the WWF Reserve, perfect on foot or by bicycle. Electric golf car available. With a little luck, foxes, badgers, porcupines and dozens of migratory bird species wintering on Lake Burano. The WWF visitor centre organises guided excursions and activities for the whole family.

Capalbio and the sea
In front of the cottage, an almost private beach for those seeking silence and nature. For those who prefer services, the Dogana Beach Club is just a few kilometres away, with beach facilities, bar and restaurant. A short distance away, the village of Capalbio and all the attractions of Maremma.
