Live in an exclusive villa: Villa dell’Eucalipto

Villa dell'Eucalipto is the crown jewel of Terre di Sacra in Capalbio, on the Tuscan Maremma coast. Furnished with natural materials: bamboo, straw, raw wood and terracotta. Seven bedrooms, a 25-metre heatable pool and a 5,000 sqm garden with a wood-fired oven for evenings under the stars.

The villa spans three floors across approximately 400 sqm. Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, service bedroom and bathroom. First floor: four bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes. One bedroom with bathroom and dressing room in the attic. Two separate dépendances, each with bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, the second with a large TV room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

In every season

Terre di Sacra is a year-round destination. In spring, cool walks through the reserve. In summer, the wild beaches of Capalbio, coves along the Argentario coast and boat trips to Giglio and Giannutri. In autumn, grape harvest and traditional Tuscan cuisine. In winter, the WWF Lake Burano Oasis almost entirely to yourselves, with guides and trails at your disposal.

Within the estate: sunset horseback rides on the beach, visits to the organic Maremma cattle farm, water sports, tennis, padel and yoga. At the Dogana Beach Club, two restaurants by Enoteca La Torre: seafood and international cuisine.

Just a few kilometres away: Etruscan towns, the Argentario, the Tarot Garden, e-bike excursions and contemporary art with Hypermaremma.

Frequently asked questions

Villas, Mini Villas and Piccolo Cottage del Lupino have direct beach access via a private path starting from each house’s garden, on foot, by bicycle or with the electric golf car. Cottages and Residences reach the sea via a private road reserved for Terre di Sacra guests, running along Lake Burano, on foot, by bicycle or by car. The fully equipped beaches of Macchiatonda and the Dogana Beach Club are also just a few kilometres away.

The rental includes cleaning on arrival and departure, daily cleaning service for stays of up to three months, essential kitchen and bathroom supplies, fibre Wi-fi, waste collection, cleaning and maintenance of the stretch of shoreline in front of the property, security service during the summer months and private parking.

For stays of up to two weeks, utilities are also included, with the exception of heating during the winter months.

All Villa and Cottage guests also have access to the Clubhouse, pool and sports courts at the Terre di Sacra Resort & Glamping. The concierge is available to arrange excursions, experiences, catering and additional services on request, including massages, yoga sessions, a private chef and extra housekeeping.
