Villa dei Tre Ulivi is one of the largest farmhouses at Terre di Sacra, in the heart of Tuscany’s Maremma coast at Capalbio. Seven bedrooms, a 25-metre heatable pool, direct beach access and a 5,000 sqm private garden within the Terre di Sacra Nature Oasis. The perfect villa for families and groups of friends looking for space, privacy and nature.
The main house spans three floors: kitchen, dining room, living room, study and five en-suite bedrooms. Two separate dépendances, the first with a twin bedroom, dressing room and bathroom, the second with a TV room and an additional double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Nature takes centre stage
Interiors in natural tones – sage green, beige, rope – reflecting the colours of the WWF Lake Burano Oasis landscape. Large windows open onto the garden, and two furnished outdoor patios. Just a few minutes’ drive away, the WWF visitor centre offers guided excursions for adults and children.

Electric golf car to reach Capalbio beach in just a few minutes. The beaches of Macchiatonda and the Dogana Beach Club are just a few kilometres away. In front of the villa, a 25-metre heatable pool reserved exclusively for Villa dei Tre Ulivi guests. The rental includes cleaning on arrival and departure, basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, and a concierge service to arrange excursions and activities across the Capalbio and Maremma area.
