Piccolo Cottage dell’Uva: holiday rental in Capalbio

Piccolo Cottage dell'Uva is the ideal holiday home for families with young children at Terre di Sacra, Capalbio. On a single floor, with views over Lake Burano and the Buranaccio Tower, sheltered by the canopy of maritime pines. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room with stone fireplace, kitchen and small laundry.

From the patio, the view opens onto the sixteenth-century tower and the lake. There is no direct beach access, but a reserved country road leads to the shore, by bike or by car, through the dunes and Mediterranean scrubland.

The garden is a small world of its own: lavender hedges, shady pines, a large fig tree, rows of grapevines and a pomegranate tree. Those renting the cottage in September can pick grapes and figs straight from the plant. In spring and autumn, the Maremma landscape reveals its most authentic and wild character.

The WWF Lake Burano Nature Reserve is just minutes away, with guided tours and nature trails. Villas, Mini Villas and Piccolo Cottage del Lupino have direct beach access via a private path starting from each house’s garden, on foot, by bicycle or with the electric golf car. Cottages and Residences reach the sea via a private road reserved for Terre di Sacra guests, running along Lake Burano, on foot, by bicycle or by car. The fully equipped beaches of Macchiatonda and the Dogana Beach Club are also just a few kilometres away.

The rental includes cleaning on arrival and departure, daily cleaning service for stays of up to three months, essential kitchen and bathroom supplies, fibre Wi-fi, waste collection, cleaning and maintenance of the stretch of shoreline in front of the property, security service during the summer months and private parking.

For stays of up to two weeks, utilities are also included, with the exception of heating during the winter months.

All Villa and Cottage guests also have access to the Clubhouse, pool and sports courts at the Terre di Sacra Resort & Glamping.
