Villas, Mini Villas and Piccolo Cottage del Lupino have direct beach access via a private path starting from each house’s garden, on foot, by bicycle or with the electric golf car. Cottages and Residences reach the sea via a private road reserved for Terre di Sacra guests, running along Lake Burano, on foot, by bicycle or by car. The fully equipped beaches of Macchiatonda and the Dogana Beach Club are also just a few kilometres away.

The rental includes cleaning on arrival and departure, daily cleaning service for stays of up to three months, essential kitchen and bathroom supplies, fibre Wi-fi, waste collection, cleaning and maintenance of the stretch of shoreline in front of the property, security service during the summer months and private parking.

For stays of up to two weeks, utilities are also included, with the exception of heating during the winter months.
